莓果綺思旦糕使用有機藍莓 & 有機蔓越莓、喚醒過的有機生腰果、有機檸檬&冷壓初榨椰子油作為「綺思」,旦糕底則是用有機喚醒腰果、有機椰子、有機椰棗和有機催芽蕎麥製成。
為了保留食物最多的營養,整個製作過程都是45°C以下低溫,從喚醒堅果、催芽種籽到製作完成要花上4天之久。雖然耗時又耗工,但能給妳/你們享受到最營養的好食是我們的小小堅持噢。
The delicious cake filling is made with organic blueberries, organic cranberries, organic activated cashews, organic lemon & organic cold-pressed coconut oil. The scrumptious “graham cracker” base is made with organic activated cashews, organic sprouted buckwheat, organic coconut, & organic dates.
It takes about 4 days to make these babies from start to finish. Yes they're time consuming, but good things are worth the wait right!
