Our Food

Plants adheres to the spirit of whole foods, with no processed foods, fried items, or refined sugars, salts, and MSG. We use sources like palm sugar, coconut dates, maple syrup, and bananas for sweetness in dishes and beverages. The salt used is from Australian lakes that are free from heavy metal pollution. Different oils are used based on the temperature requirements of the dishes, including avocado oil, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed sesame oil, and coconut oil. Vegetable stock is prepared fresh daily, capturing your taste buds with the natural sweetness of organic ingredients.

Aside from deliciousness, we also prioritize the essential conditions of health and nutritional absorption in every meal. Therefore, we "awaken and sprout" raw nuts, seeds, and legumes, as these ingredients contain many beneficial nutrients often locked by "anti-nutritional factors" hindering human nutrient absorption. Through processes such as soaking and filtering, these anti-nutritional factors present in seeds can be neutralized, making the food more digestible and nutrients more easily absorbed. This ensures that you can enjoy a meal without burdening your body, avoiding bloating or digestive issues.

Plant-Based

Our food is free from eggs, dairy, honey and all other animal products.

Whole Food

We use whole ingredients, unrefined sugars, no overly processed food nor funny additives.

Gluten-Free

No wheat, barley, rye nor any grains with gluten. We use certified gluten-free oats, and all of our ingredients are carefully chosen not to have been cross-contaminated with gluten.

Raw Food

Some of our creations are raw, "cooked" under 45°C. Although raw cooking can be time consuming, taking from 12 hours sometimes days to prepare, this way the most enzymes and nutrients can be kept.
