1 / 放在冷藏退凍一個晚上 -或- 室溫泡溫水退凍1小時(請勿將冷凍玻璃瓶放入熱水,以免破裂)。

2 / 將湯倒入鍋中充分加熱再食用。  

 

香料乃油咖哩醬|2 人份

1 / 放在冷藏退凍一個晚上 -或- 室溫泡溫水退凍1小時(請勿將冷凍玻璃瓶放入熱水,以免破裂)。

2 / 準備烤蔬菜 -或- 燙熟蔬菜、以及飯。

3 / 將咖哩醬倒入鍋中充分加熱,再加入準備好的蔬菜拌勻,搭配飯食用。最後幾上一點新鮮檸檬更美味!  

 

墨西哥燉辣豆|2 人份

1 / 放在冷藏退凍一個晚上 -或- 室溫泡溫水退凍1小時(請勿將冷凍玻璃瓶放入熱水,以免破裂)。

2 / 將燉辣豆倒入鍋中充分加熱再食用。  可以撒上蔥花。

 

椰香檸汁湯(冷凍)|2 人份
1 / 放在冷藏退凍一個晚上 -或- 室溫泡溫水退凍1小時(請勿將冷凍玻璃瓶放入熱水,以免破裂)。

2 / 準備麵條或寬粉。

3 / 將湯倒入鍋中,加入喜歡的蔬菜煮熟,再加入準備好的麵條或寬粉、辣椒,喜歡酸一點可以關火後加入新鮮檸檬汁。

 

扁豆法拉費(冷凍)|10顆

1 / 將烤箱預熱至 200度C。

2 / 冷凍直接放入烤箱(勿解凍)烤 15 分鐘至外層酥脆。

 

中東綠豆泥沾醬|250g

搭配蔬菜棒或脆餅享用。

甜菜根韃靼|130g

搭配面包或沙拉享用。

 

鳳梨油醋醬|200g

1 / 放在冷藏退凍2-3小時 -或- 放在室溫退凍30分鐘(請勿將冷凍玻璃瓶放入熱水,以免破裂)。

2 /準備喜歡的生菜、水果。

3 / 加入適量的鳳梨油醋醬拌勻。也可以加入煮熟的地瓜、馬鈴薯、冷飯或藜麥增加飽足感。

2 / Bring to a boil in a pot.

 

Butter Curry Sauce|Serves 2

1 / Defrost in the fridge overnight -or-  defrost in a lukewarm waterbath (DO NOT PUT FROZEN GLASS JAR IN HOT WATER).

2 / Prep roasted or steamed veggies, and rice.

3 / Bring sauce to a boil in a pot, then add in the prepped veggies, serve with rice. Tastes best with a squeeze of lemon or lime.

 

Mung Bean Chilli|Serves 2

1 / Defrost in the fridge overnight -or-  defrost in a lukewarm waterbath (DO NOT PUT FROZEN GLASS JAR IN HOT WATER).

2 / Bring chilli to a boil in a pot, sprinkle with scallions.

 

Tom Kha Broth||Serves 2

1 / Defrost in the fridge overnight -or-  defrost in a lukewarm waterbath (DO NOT PUT FROZEN GLASS JAR IN HOT WATER).

2 / Cook noodles. 

3 / Bring broth to a boil in a pot, add your favourite veggies and hot chili pepper, cook through. Add the noodles and serve with some fresh lime juice.

 

Lentil Falafel|10 pcs

1 / Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

2 / Bake from frozen (do not defrost) for 15 minutes until a crispy crust is achieved.

 

Sprouted Mung Bean Hummus|250g

Enjoy with veggie sticks or crackers.

Enjoy with bread (available as ADD ON), or add it to your salad.
